Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Because some Jester Co. products may be made to order, additional processing time may occasionally be required.
Estimated Delivery Times
After an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery:
- United States: approximately 3–8 business days after processing
- International: approximately 7–21 business days after processing
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for a replacement shipment.
